I'm more of a lurker on here rather then post but I'm hoping you all can help me, I need a light up mirror or something similar to help me when I put make up on, the natural lighting in my bedroom is terrible and the I have the worlds smallest bathroom that everyone obviously needs at the same time getting ready in the mornings so if anyone has any recommendations that would be great, thank you Thanks

They're not cheap, but I got a SimpleHuman mirror for christmas and it's bloody ace.

I have this one and I would recommend. It was a Christmas gift from a few years ago and is the best makeup mirror I've had. If I was buying for myself I might be tempted to buy this smaller one because I would take it away on holidays. I'm not vain, honest. use it more to keep the chin hairs under control

I have the travel one for the 10x magnification but got it for everyday use.

I bought a long make up LED light with self adhesive pads from Lidl for a tenner. It's brilliant! Meant I could keep my full length mirror too as the light just sits at the top of it.

SimpleHuman.

I got a 10x magnifying, natural daylight one for about £20 from Amazon, and it's great. Completely solved the universally crap light in hotel rooms issue.

Not good for the self esteem, though. I've discovered so many spots, broken veins, bristles, patches I was blissfully unaware of before...
