I want to use it mainly as a blusher to add some colour.

Is it too orange?

Depends on your colouring?
I find it so so, not bad but not amazing either

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/02/2018 20:31

My daughter loves it. It makes me look dirty.

Notmybag · 24/02/2018 20:35

It's really hard to tell in the shop. It looked so obvious in their mirror and by the time I got home I could hardly see it.
Fair, blonde, tend to wear full coverage Double Wear foundation

It's more cool toned and not particularly orange all. But it can make you look dirty. Good for contouring or a light dusting for bronzer. Personally I wouldn't consider using it as a blusher though.

I like Hoola Lite and I’m not normally a Benefit fan. I have yellow skin, straw hair and mud eyes.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/02/2018 20:39

They do a tiny size for about a tenner, if you wanted to try for a few weeks without forking out for the full size.

Notmybag · 24/02/2018 20:40

I am after something to lift the colour of the skin as the double wear leaves me quite flat.
So would you apply it lightly all over then? Rather than just cheek bones

I use it as a blusher. I don’t like pink blushers though.

almostbutnotquite · 24/02/2018 20:43

I prefer Dallas. Hoola does look a bit grubby in my skin.

RiojaHaze · 24/02/2018 20:48

I use Hoola to shape the fat bits of my cheeks, down the sides of my nose, under my chin and on my temples as a bronzer and shaper.
I use rockateur to blush.

teewee · 24/02/2018 21:02

I saw a make up tutorial the other day that said apply bronzer in a 3 or inverted 3 from forehead to chin and doing that makes coverage great for me

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/02/2018 21:04

If it's just a 'lift' you're after, Dandelion might work. It's a brightener - I use it as blusher but also waft it all over sometimes!

overskyandshire · 24/02/2018 21:06

Dandelion probably looks nice on some skin tones but I look like I’ve been microwaved with it.
