I'm in my mid thirties and since having my children I've noticed my frown lines are a lot worse. I'm hoping when I start getting more sleep I may look less tired, but inevitably they are going to get a lot worse as I age! Apart from sunglasses and sunscreen what else could I do to help them. Not quite ready to consider anything like botox yet!

I bit the bullet and got a fringe cut in. I have a young baby. He's not a sleeper.

Definitely cheaper than Botox. And people have stopped asking if I'm ill so I figure it's doing a good job!

Actually fringe could be a good idea thanks!

Will definitely look into retinols and retinoids. Are they something you can buy over the counter or do you need a prescription?

If your frown lines are getting quite deep/noticeable then the only thing that is going to work is botox. If you don't want to have botox then the fringe is a good alternative.
