Individual eyelash extensions..as a nurse

I am sick of doing my makeup before work. I'm thinking of getting eyelash extensions. I'm a nurse, are they likely to fall onto patients??

Unfortunately, in my experience, they are likely to fall on to patients 😔

Get LVL

Lilonetwo · 24/02/2018 08:21

Yes get them. You will be fine! The fall is minimal and got probably won't notice.

I'm a radiographer and have them, have never had one fall on a patientGrin

I've never ever had one fall on a patient.
Go for it!

Surely theres always a chance that a real eyelash will fall onto a patient. So no different for fake ones

Ellapaella · 24/02/2018 09:07

Check your uniform policy, false nails are definitely not allowed in our trust, don't know about false eyelashes though. I can't see how they'd be any more of an infection risk than normal eyelashes or eyelashes covered in mascara.

HoneyDragon · 24/02/2018 09:09

They fall out with your natural lash cycle so no more risk. You just notice more when they go as you paid for them Wink

Agree. I lose my individuals as fast/slowly as I lost my natural ones. Because they're darker and longer, it's much more obvious. I've been having mine done for close to a year now. I'm going to take a break now, but I highly recommended it.
