How do you deal with your hair on non-washing days?

Do you use dry shampoo? Any styling products or leave-in conditioner or anything directly on dry hair? How do you deal with yesterday's product build up? Do you dampen it and re-blow dry it?

Mine resembles shredded wheat on non-wash days, but I'm new to not washing my hair every day and am after tips Grin

Try the dry shampoo with added conditioner. It's less good at adding volume but it gets rid of the straw look and leaves your hair shiny and silky - much more like a proper wash.

I just wash/condition my hair, put some light weight gel in it and leave it to dry. When dry, I may put a bit of oil/serum in it to tame any frizzy bits and that is it. I then leave it for a week or so before I wash again. Otherwise my hair is very dry. On in between days I just wet hands and scrunch them through my hair. I have wavy hair so this works well for me.

In very high temperatures, I will wash after a sweaty workout, but usually only with conditioner.

You could add some conditioner mixed with water to your hair on days you don't wash and feel it needs something.

I wash mine every other day.
Day 2 I usually clip it up or just give it a blast with hairdryer while upside down to give it an extra lift.
I'd love to be able to do a chignon like that.

I wash every other day. On non-wash days I just brush it. It's fine, if a little flatter, no dry shampoo needed. I sometimes use a curling wand to add some waves, but often don't bother.
