Returning items to Zara

Does anyone know what Zara are like returning items after 30 days? I bought a jacket that I dithered about for ages and now it's too late to return!

Things really aren't better in terms of the amount of staff. Always wondered if they liked keeping customers waiting in line to pay to make the shop look more popular, but obviously not!
