Help with shampoo and conditioner for bad scalp and coloured hair

I have naturally curly hair but it is over bleached and no longer curls. I'm trying my best to get it in a better condition and am confident over time that the curls will come back.

I have an allergy to soaps and am soap free across my whole body. Use simple products on my face and since I have used these my dermatitis has cleared. I wear gloves when washing up and use aveeno on my hands. If I touch washing up liquid my hands react terribly. I use hypoallergenic sanex on my body and for the first time in forever my skin is doing really well.

Now the issue is my scalp and hair.

Can you get a soap free shampoo? I'm not too fussed about the CG method as I like my hair to feel clean. Hairdresser uses morrocan oil products on my hair and it always feels lovely but often this happens where a product feels lovely on a once in a blue moon basis but after regular use on a day to day basis at home they don't feel the same. Therefore I am loathe to spend £££ on morrocan oil products to use at home because after a while I know they just won't suit. This has happened before when I spent £££ on tigi stuff.

My scalp is dry and itchy and at the Base of my skull I get scabby patches. I use the active selenium elvive shampoo once a week which really helps but it just isn't suitable for coloured hair.

So can anyone recommend a shampoo and conditioner that can be used on a regular basis at home to keep coloured hair in a good condition and that helps allergic scalp dermatitis? Do I need sulphate/silicone/paraben free? If soo which brands truly fit the bill?

Sorry this was so long!

Have you tried cleansing conditioner like the Elvive Low stuff? Personally I do avoid SLS as it tends to be drying.

I use a combination of herbal essences clear shampoo and conditioner and alternate with happy naturals macadamia oil shampoo and conditioner. I have similar hair and scalp to yours.

You should avoid SLS, including in Sanex.
I tried Moogoo shampoo and conditioner as it was recommended on here, and it is amazing! My scalp cleared up and my hair was soft and shiny.
The next best thing for me is Happy Naturals Macadamia. It is quite a lot cheaper than Moogoo, but not quite as good.

I think you need something to get on top of the problem. I was advised to use Nizoral shampoo when I had very sore eyelids which a dermatologist said it was a scalp problem. You can use it initially to get rid of the problem then add to usual shampoo as required. It does work.
