Love this dress, my new style icon... She looks so healthy & polished. Her off duty look is so perfect as well

I just think she's mad to be honest. She's got it all, looks, a good income, a lovely lifestyle. And she's giving it all up to join the dusty old British royal family. I just hope she knows what she's letting herself in for.

PericardiumOne · 21/12/2017 12:31

Self Portrait dresses are incredibly uncomfortable - quite often you can't raise your arms because of the lace and the shape of the sleeve.

ElspethFlashman · 21/12/2017 12:41

One does not raise ones arms, my dear! One is not waving a placard on the football terraces!

Elspeth you are right, how proletarian of me Xmas Grin

Janetjanetjanet · 21/12/2017 12:56

Question is: do you reckon she's on S&B yet?

She is beautiful yet not intimidating, as in some women are beautiful and make you feel intimidated but Meghan looks genuinely lovely and fun. Iyswim!

Agreed. Wish she would allow her hair to be its natural self. It would improve the flat, “in sections” look it has.

Nah. She's an actress.

Engagement link pics, love this couple. I have serious hair envy!

She is mad for choosing to become a member of the royal family, but if she loves the man then I suppose what else can she do?

LittleWitch · 22/12/2017 08:47

Quite a mismatch between Harry’s “Office daywear” look and her red carpet haute couture dress. An odd mix and doubly odd in the outdoor setting. Perhaps they’re going to be delightfully bonkers in the years ahead? I suspect however that Harry is completely starstruck and can’t believe his luck - he’s seriously punching Grin.

OCSockOrphanage · 22/12/2017 09:29

Lovely pictures in the Times today, but a £55,000 gown? Fairly sure that is likely to be an own goal!

BisforButter92 · 22/12/2017 10:49

She looks beautiful but the photos themselves look a bit perfume ad imo! Harry looks like he can't believe his look she is so beautiful, confident, elegant & eloquent.

Like another poster has mentioned (I think) I'm pretty sure she was either given the dress or lent the dress, I'm pretty sure that Ralph and Russo are savvy enough to know that once Meghan has worn their dress that they will become huge!

10thingsIhateAboutTheDailyMail · 22/12/2017 13:02

Wildly overdressed

So common Wink

Hauntedlobster · 22/12/2017 13:09

I think wearing a 56k Dress is dreadfully out of touch - donated or not. Utterly ridiculous.

specialsubject · 22/12/2017 17:07

Can't see much of Megan, but the model looks ridiculous. Ankle socks and heels? Frumpsville!

Tipsntoes · 22/12/2017 17:27

I wonder if they're allowed to share a room at Granny's Grin
