And while I'm here, has anyone else got 'nappy changing knees'(ncks)...I stupidly followed health visitor's advice to change babies on the floor and not on a table (in case they fell off...right ...yeah) and as a result have ruined my knees for life. They permanently look bruised (though they're not), despite exfoliation, moisturising, etc. Anyone got any helpful suggestions? Dh already changes nappies so can't even pass the job over to him (interestingly, we've got his and hers ncks so at least we match, but then he's not likely to want to wear skirts this summer and doesn't care two hoots!
Tips to make them nice again, please!

Ooh - I have those too! And DS is 3.5 and hasn't worn a nappy in yonks! Don't know what to suggest except plenty of daily moisturiser.

But, on the other hand, my WPEs (work place elbows) are lovely and smooth these days (am SAHM)!

Definitely keep on with the exfoliation and moisturising. Or (and this may be too eeeuuuw, and tmi for some) you could take your DC swimming, spend ages in there, and then rub off the hard skin underwater (sorry - I know it's gross). Or do the same in a bath, I guess, though it's more difficult to spend quite as long in there, I find.

I've got this feeling that the discoloration is now forever (but how can it be??) I exfoliate them every day in the shower, and they're not even that hard (just had a quick feel). Do you think I could bleach them with lemon juice?

Me. I have awful knees, they look like I have a scab on each one, from 4 years of kneeling to change nappies and 8 years of kneeling to tie old-lady-shoes
