Whitening toothpastes

Can anyone recommend a good whitening toothpaste? I have too much tea, coffee, red wine. I only have mild staining. There were too many options in Boots. Which ones are any good?

For staining, white glo. Use the toothbrush that comes with it too. It doesn't whiten but it shifts staining like nothing else!

P.s I only use it when I have staining to remove as although it says low abrasion I keep it for when I need it

try bicarbonate of soda to remove stains, that's the active ingredient in those toothpastes. not too often though as it is very abrasive.

Eucryl powder. You only use it twice a week but it's like the powder dentists use after a check up. Homebargains do it, not sure about wilko.

I make mouthwash using cheap sainsburys own brand stuff (cruelty free approved) and hydrogen peroxide. I mix a bit of each in the cap twice a day & it keeps them clear of stains. It's a tip I got off Harper's & queen magazine years ago & it does work.

It froths inside your mouth as it works.
