Hot air stylers

I think I need one of these- i have very recently gone from long hair to a bob and I just cannot seem to recreate the salon blow dry or anything close. Is the Nicky Clarke one good? Or any one in particular people would recommend? I have very thick hair that tends to be dry and wants to curl, but it does dry straight with a bit of work. It doesn't like to stay straight or sleek though, do the hair air stylers help with that and the frizz?

Anyone?

I love my babyliss big hair. They break regularly but keep the receipt and they will replace it.

You see very often on here people complaining that the big hair is only good for fine hair, it cannot handle thick hair.

If you want a hot air styler to use on dry hair I would recommend this Babyliss styler. It is a similar principle to the Big Hair but I find that used as Sali describes it leaves my hair much smoother and less frizzy than the Big Hair. It's expensive but I think it's worth it.

I’ll second Babyliss. I have a bob, frizzy hair and a big hair styler ( my second, first one broke)
But l left it somewhere and bought an emergency Babyliss hot air styler cheap from Argos.
I now prefer the hot air styler. I find Argon oil helps control the frizz.

I have quite thick wavy hair and found that when I had a big mini straighteners where the best thing for getting all those little fiddly bits to stop flicking out and smooth the frizz, hot air styles just make my hair more frizzy
