Need spf translucent powder !

I faithfully wear spf 30 all day everyday, and I love the stuff I have..but it's very "moisturizing" oily and my side bangs get gross during the day really quickly.
Skipping spf is not an option, so is there a transluscent powder (also with spf? Like a good zinc oxide translucent pressed powder with minimal ingredients?) that you all would recommend? I have an ulta nearby
I'm also planning on spraying bangs with dry shampoo.

A powder is never going to be an effective sunscreen because the coverage isn't consistent or long-lasting enough. Just get a less greasy sunblock/moisturiser. Depending on your budget, Soltan from Boots is good; Clarins and Clinique both do effective, non greasy sunblocks.

Oh I wasn’t gunna replace the regular sunscreen, just use it on top like a setting powder!
I just love the sunscreen I have so much , I wish it wasn’t so greasy Sad

I have the same problem as you. Firstly, make sure your base spf is as light as possible, I use paulas choice for oily skin. For powder, sounds like you are in the USA, maybe try physicians formula? Good reviews on their spf powders. Otherwise powder foundation could also work.

Thanks ! Yes I'm across the pond (the "bangs" gave it away I'm guessing Grin) I will check the two recs out tomorrow
As an aside,I love Paulas choices, her advice has definitely saved my skin a number of times!

Lush do a pretty decent SPF powder, it's handy when I'm working to make me look less oily and I do like layering sunscreen products.

But for a non-oily suncream it's definitely worth looking at Korean or Japanese brands. I think mine costs about £9 and I love it, never found anything like it in the UK :)
