Just chopped all my hair off and I bloody love it!

After internally debating for months a while on whether I should get a pixie haircut or not, I finally bit the bullet and did it. Omg! I love it!

Everyone at work has been saying that I look way better than before (boring blondish lob) and I have been getting loads of compliments. I wonder why I did not do it a long time ago!

If anyone is undecided on a pixie haircut, my advice is just do it!! The feeling of liberation and self-empowerment is absolutely great

On another note, how perfectly is that lipstick applied?! I can never get mine so beautifully neat with a dark/bright shade!

Hamster ahaha thank you. I wear red lipstick every day so I must have learned how to apply it properly at some point! I find that using a lip brush makes it soooo much easier though.

Squiz my hair is super fine and straight and it becomes really dull as soon as it grows past my shoulders. Long hair definitely isn't for me!

my ex actually wrote a list, when he left, of what was wrong with me... one of them was 'having short hair and not loving me enough to grow it'.

That's toddler level reasoning. You must really miss that sweet prince!

Wow, I love the cut and colour! I have really thin hair so I cut it all off too! I don’t think I’ll ever go back now, although yours has given me some hair inspiration for the future.
I feel like I need a bold lipstick colour so I have a bit of armour.

Oblomov honestly I used to think my face would not look good wih short hair as I have very sharp features and I was afraid short hair would make them even sharper/masculine. I was wrong!

I think many women assume they can't pull off a pixie because they aren't perfect supermodels, but you don't need to be one to look good with short hair!

Looks brilliant op! It’s years since I had short, twenty to be precise, I’m 50and don’t think I’d go for a crop now

@Brandnewstart I know looks are not the reason for affairs but your ex was an idiot you are absolutely gorgeous. I love your hair & I have serious hair envy of everyone sharing their lovely hair.
