What skincare/beauty products do you buy over and again?

I'm always interested to know the tried and tested products that people go back to again and again. Things that I buy repeatedly are:

Avene Soapless Gel Cleanser
Estée Lauder Daywear Bb cream
Estée Lauder Doublewear Concealer
Nars Velvet Matt lip pencil in Dolce Vita
Clinique Even Better Foundation
Body Shop Shea Butter Shower Cream
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream
Boot Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Cleanser/Toner

I am still looking for a holy grail light moisturiser that won't break me out. Am currently trying Clinique Moisture Surge which seems to be doing the trick. No spots yet...

Love the Heather Shimmer puppy image!

I'm not remotely loyal to brands as I like to try lots of new things, so despite having an awful lot of products my repeat buy list is very short:

  • Lacura night moisturiser.
  • Bobbi Brown stick foundation. All others go patchy on my cheeks.
  • W7 primer because it's cheap and I can't see the difference between it and Benefit's primer.
Ktown · 12/11/2017 10:25

@GoldSpot Sorry, I’ve jut seen the tag. I use it most nights, sometimes I’ll pop a retinol or glycolic cream on that works best alone. I also mix a drop in with foundation if I want a glowy look. It’s great stuff. A bottle lasts about 8 months, so it’s price per use is reasonable.

I’m less loyal to the other stuff I use but the rosacea limits me, so I don’t vary my skincare too much. Some stuff I use but don’t love eg LRP Toleriane cleanser. It’s ok. At least I don’t react to it.

lillyputin · 14/11/2017 01:23

I love Chanel’s Ultra Lift Mask. The only product I bought over again and again. They seems to have discontinued it though as I wanted to buy another tube once current runs out and cannot find it for sale anywhere!
