Best volumising but non sticky hair products?

Just that really-I have fine hair that lacks volume and whilst it’s been cut recently so has a bit of shape just wondering what you’d recommend to give it a bit of a boost?

I’ve tried some Toni and guy stuff recommended by the hairdresser before but it leaves my hair feeling really sticky, as if I can’t get a brush through it! Thanks Flowers

Aveda volumising tonic. It’s expensive, though Sad

Thanks both will give the JF a try first as it’s on 3 for a tenner at Tesco!

That Aveda product is great but bog-standard mousse works too - I use Boots' own. The secret to avoiding stickiness with mousse is to comb it through your hair before drying.

i get really good results just using batiste dry shampoo.

A small amount of Aveda Confixor rubbed into the hair before drying works really well. The first time my hairdresser used it on me I thought he was going mad as a liquid gel would just make my hair sticky. But it doesn’t. It gives natural body and makes it smell nice. As you only need a small amount at a time it lasts really well.
