Has anyone used magnesium flakes in the bath for pain?

Did it work? I'm in the bath ATM and not convinced!!!

Yy therma care back & hip wraps, they stay in place well & really do get properly hot & stay hot for a long time.

I take amytriptaline 75mg and also gabapentin 900,1200,900 in a day

The magnesium isn't calma c any more I've read up on it and it's magnesium citrate from holland and barret. I don't know if it helps it might do sod all or maybe it's preventing me from being in hospital I don't know -,-
