Nose to mouth lines

Hi,
I'm 37 and am really aware of my sagging face and ever growing nose to mouth lines. I absolutely hate them, and they make me look so haggard and tired.

Short of having fillers (it's on the cards when I pluck up the courage), are there any creams or serums that might lessen their appearance?

Plumping, firming, smoothing? What can I get that might help?

Thanks a million

Fillers are the only option or learn to live with them which is what I've chosen to do. No cream is ever going to replace lost volume and elasticity.

Same problem, and I've come to the same conclusion, fillers are the only answer.

Do you carry a lot of tension in your jaw? My lines look worse when I'm tense, I could live with them if I had a permanent post yoga face!

Be careful of fillers in the nose to mouth lines. They can make the face look a bit simian.

Are you underweight?

FacelikeaBagofHammers · 27/09/2017 12:02

I am not underweight, but I'm on the smaller side, yes.

I wouldn't get fillers into the actual creases, but more into the cheekbones to pull that skin back up, iykwim! I think it's called a mid-face lift or something ....

I don't know about tension in my jaw, but I do carry it in my neck and shoulders - interesting one though!

I've got them really bad,I'm the same age as you too. I just try and smile as much as possible!

I think 37 is too young to be contemplating fillers. I think creams are trial and error depending on your skin type. I'm 44. I like loreal Paris age filler renew, and garnier active moisture bomb. I ordered the loreal from Superdrug (when on offer as it's expensive!), and they sent a free sachet of the moisture bomb which is how I came to like that one. I tried a loreal age spf one on offer in asda but found it too greasy.
I push the cream in an upwards motion, so start at bottom of crease and push up and outwards with the cream. People guess my age at 37.
