Makeup removing cleanser for acneic/spot prone skin

I know this is done to death, but does anyone have any cleanser recommendations? For step 1 (makeup removing) of the 2 step cleansing thing. I only do 2 steps if I've been wearing makeup.

-Emma Hardie too expensive
-Liz Earle breaks me out

  • The 2 Superdrug ones (vitamin e and naturally radiant) have cocoa butter in which has broken me out in the past

Soap & glory seem to do one. Has anyone tried it? Or any alternatives?
Thanks all.

I'm glad you started this thread op, I'm going to try the m&s rose cleansing balm I think.
One thing I would say about Clinique ttdo is that a pot lasts me at least 4 months, sometimes 6 and I use it daily. So I think it's good value, albeit pricey.

That's helpful to know, thanks Puffpaw.

I hadn't even heard of Moo Goo, I'll check that out.

Was one of the Saturdays called Una? I always think of that when I see una brennan recommended. I'm so highbrow... Blush

I've got skin that breaks out for fun! On the strength of recommendations here I'm using Simple Cleansing Oil (£3ish quid in Superdrug atm) for step one. I love the fact that I can rub it over my eyes to loosen mascara and it doesn't sting.

Like a lot of PPs, I use the LRP Toleraine Dermo Cleanser or Effeclar Hydrating cleanser for step 2.

No7 hot cloth cleanser is great, i use a muslin from home bargains though as the one in the box is too rough. Normally on offer in boots
