ucm · 03/04/2007 18:28

yes brown ones of varying sizes

somersetmum · 03/04/2007 18:44

No. We have long brown leather sofas too. What's the point in having beautiful wipe clean leather if you're going to cover it up with cushions? Leather is very warm and comfy once you've sat on it for a few minutes.

chocolateface · 03/04/2007 18:55

A couple of years ago a bought several lovely Laura Ashley cusions for my new sofa, some with tassles on the corners. They are lovely no more as my DS's have more or less destroyed them, pulled the tassles off, etc. I'd love to get some new ones, but know the same thing will happen.

Brown leather sofa here too, but I have cushions that match my curtains.

fuzzywuzzy · 03/04/2007 19:02

No, they'd only end up on the floor...

Miaou · 03/04/2007 19:03

I really don't like cushions but they are a necessary evil on our uncomfy couch.

princessmelTingChoccyEggs · 03/04/2007 19:43

Somerset I like cushions on my sofa to add colour and texture to the room. Plus they are comfy to lean against and are very helpfull for propping up my arm when dd is bf.

ucm, yes he does like PR
I hate it. I hardly ever let him watch it. Its violent and too grown up. The people/actors in it are teenagers. He only really likes it when they are in their outfits. (And because his friends at nursery watch it.) I let him watch it very rarely so he knows enough about it to join in with his friends at nursery. At pre school he didn't know what PR were and so never really played with these boys even though he really wanted to.

Its strange because he also loves Wonder pets which is cute and friendly. I much prefer that.

Laverna is some sort of barbie fairytopia witch apparantly! Nothing to do with PR.

ScummyMummy · 03/04/2007 19:44

yes.
Why, is it bad?

colditz · 03/04/2007 19:44

yes, they are intergral to the sofa though

NadineBaggott · 03/04/2007 19:45

we need them on ours cos the sofa is so deep!

JanH · 03/04/2007 19:56

Yes - I love 'em, the others hate 'em and pile them all up on the sofa we don't sit on much, so when I do sit down I have to get up again to get one.

lucykate · 03/04/2007 20:04

no scatter cushions, but it's leather and i think scatter cushions on leather look odd. we have a large rug and lots of floor cushions the kids lounge around on and a fleecey blanket they make tents out of.
