Where do you shop if you are under 5ft 2"?

Stuck in a rut visiting the same old high street shop for clothes that don't stock petite sizing and having to be very selective with what I can get away with.
Please tell me where you shop if you are under 5ft 2"

Gap do petite. My last pair of jeans came from there and I am pleased with them. You won't find the petite sizes in the shops you will have to order online. I ordered several pairs to be collected in store and then immediately returned the ones that didn't fit.

I also buy Next petite. I find that some White Stuff dresses are good on me (5 ft 1) so they must be quite short on taller people. Boden also do petite, their petite jackets fit me well in the arms and across the shoulders.

I bought a useful dress from H&M this summer that fits well.

Boden hands down!!

Where do you all buy your tops and jumpers from?

I tried Boden about a year ago and found I needed a longer torso as everything was baggy on the back. When pulled up (to gain the vital inches iyswim) it 'would' have fitted perfectly. So I gave up with them.

@pavonia good point re ordering online. I just dislike having to spend hundreds on my credit card only to find I get the odd item and send the rest back. But sounds like this is the way forward.

Oh no! I hadn't noticed it is dry clean only!! I did have it dry cleaned the first time but I didn't like the way they pressed it so have washed it since then. On a delicates wash at 40 degrees and it seems fine. It's a bugger to iron though. I do it from wet straight out of the machine and need quite a hot iron. I still love it though. I'm going on line to check (!) out the check version.

5 foot nothing and size 12. I actually find Cos great for dresses.
I also tend to go for dresses rather than separates.

Liinoo I think I must have got the last check one as it's no longer showing on the site. Strangely the other Lola dresses seem to have a different composition and can be machine washed but the check one was 100% viscose and dry clean only. Hopefully it was a mistake on the website and when it arrives the care label will allow for gentle washing as coats are the only thing I'm prepared to dryclean!

5'2" hourglass size 10 here. Pretty much in proportion so petite clothes tend to fit very well.

Tops I generally wear from the normal ranges unless it's a very fitted shirt. I wear a lot of 3/4 sleeves. When I do buy a petite top I really notice how well it fits, I've got a lovely fitted tweed jacket from Boden that fits like a glove.

Dresses I pretty much always buy from petite ranges (another vote for Boden although I think they cut more for a pear shape so there's not as much room for the bust as I'd like), got a gorgeous cotton shirt dress from Precis of all places in the summer. Coast have a small petit range. But for looser styles I'd go for minidresses because they tend to be respectable lengths on me (just bought one from COS actually).

Skirts I buy minis or maxis. Anything inbetween are frumpsville.

Trousers or jeans pretty much always need to be petite: Boden, GAP, M&S, NEXT, Mint Velvet, ASOS, Boohoo, Anthropologie, Topshop, DP, all have short trousers.

Ages with the PP about ordering online. I prefer it to be honest, I can try things on with a range of other clothes from my wardrobe and it helps me plan. Paying up front is a pain though I do agree.
