I genuinely can't decide if I'm too wobbly for this bikini

I'm not looking for compliments , just a yes or no to being offensive in public . I prefer the boob support from this sort of bikini top compared to a swimsuit but although my tummy isn't massive it's wobbly from babies . I'm short which doesn't help with wobbly everything despite going to the gym a lot .. I do have a very flattering ( read boring ) black swimsuit so I can always send this back .

You look great. Sizing up the bottoms would make you look even better.

leccybill · 21/08/2017 17:33

Fantastic boobs btw.

Summerswallow · 21/08/2017 17:36

You look great, really good!

I've just come back from the Med though, and there everyone wear a bikini, wobbly bits, obese people, tummies hanging out, they really just all wear one. Also, I don't think people stare too much either, they all seem preoccupied getting their own tan. So, whilst it's lovely to look good, it's not conditional on wearing a bikini and going in the sea (luckily!)

FadedRed · 21/08/2017 17:40

You will look much better than 80% of the 'beach bodies' we saw on a recent trip sur le continent, Op, especially the blokes, The other twenty per cent were lithe young-uns who would look stunning in a bin liner. Grin

Ha.. thank you leccy, they are mine and I'm nearly 43 so they aren't too bad . I've had two hideous pregnancies .. both on bed rest but the second one much much worse and I was so swollen and fat from being so ill my poor skin hasn't recovered ..I know I'm pasty white too which doesn't help but I sort of look weird with a fake tan , just orange which makes me stand out more 😬... thank you for all your kind replies , I do feel braver now and hope I don't scare any small children !

God when do the schools go back? I have to say the level of grammar is shocking these days.

Theimpossiblegirl · 21/08/2017 17:58

You look great OP.

MsHarry · 21/08/2017 17:59

You look great OP, but bigger bottoms would stop any bulge over effect. i started a thread about swimwear sizes before I went as I'm a 10.12 and a size 14 bottom created that bugle on my hips.Just back from holiday myself. EVERYONE was wearing bikinis, all shapes and sizes. I plumped for strapless one pieces in the end and I felt more comfortable in them, didn't have to fuss with cream on my torso and got a bit of extra tummy control. Wear what you feel comfortable in but don't not wear it because of what you think others will think, they really don't care.
