What are the best jeans money can buy?

Jeans shopping is the worst! I don't think I've been fully happy with a pair of jeans in years. I just can't seem to find my 'perfect pair'.
I've reasoned with myself it's ok to spend the same amount I would on a decent coat or leather jacket, on the right pair because I'll wear them loads.
Does anyone know of any?

I've been obsessed with jeans all my life. I own many pairs of Levis, some of which cost over a hundred quid.

But the only jeans I've worn all summer are an unheard of European brand I got in Tkmaxx for a tenner. Fit, style and stretch is simply perfection.

Needless to say, they only had one pair, and my advanced Internet scouring has yielded zip.

So many ideas and places I hadn't thought of. My ideal ones would be skinny or slim fit, as high waisted as possible, a dark blue wash, thick material, not lose their shape behind the knees or bum and be full length, not look strange around the crotch, not have dated-looking stitching and be full length....I don't want much 😄

Hmm...I definitely seem to want them to be full length 😂

I used to buy expensive, good quality jeans but my chub run destroyed them just as quickly as it destroys the cheap ones Sad now my go-to jean is the regular rise shaping skinny jean from H&M. Makes your bum look amazing, doesn't give you a muffin top and a decent price!

JBrand, Paige or topshop. I've also had some fab jeans from Zara, but it's very hit and miss.

J Brand. Gap do some good jeans at a fraction of the price, their skinny girlfriend has quite a high waist. They come up massive, I'm in a 26 and when I'd expect to be in a 29.

Kut from the kloth or something like that. Got 15 pairs delivered to the house from nordstrom (live here in the US) and returned what I didn't like. The ones which worked were $20!!!!

My current ones are ASOS with a button fly. I'm flabby, but they fit great and are flattering.

I've had jeans that cost £200+ and many pairs from various places on the high street, the expensive ones were no better in my opinion

Yup. Go into stores and try on many, photograph yourself in each, assess the next day if really not sure, then buy. If you're very happy with them buy two! My best pre-preg were from White Stuff, fwiw.
