The Elasticer is fab,but has anyone tried his shampoos and conditioners? Need a really nourishing pair and was thinking of giving these a try but as they are expensive, wanted to get genuine reviews or alternatives.
Thanks

I really like the no scent, no colour shampoo. It doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp but leaves my hair nice and clean. Conditioner wise, I like the moisture extreme version (I have dry, highlighted hair).

I'm not keen on elasticizer, it doesn't do much for my hair.

Have been looking at previous threads.. think I might try the Sebastian range as they seem to have loyal followers

Love PK moisture balance conditioner. Was a total skeptic but my friends shouted in chorus 'you need an expensive conditioner!'. Hair now is back to being 'younger' not thatch, also it smells really nice... not overwhelming fruitiness etc like other brands. I then tried the itchy scalp ( or similar name) shampoo, and it is very boring but totally works. I forget to notice my scalp, in contrast to when scratching lumps out of it used to be my main hobby.

Buy the litre bottles at 50 quid a throw, much better value.

Don't think I could ever afford £50 even for a litre bottle!

Am sure they do a travel size set with elasticiser, shampoo and conditioner - great way of trying them if you don't want to spend loads on the bigger bottles. Let see I found I can find a link.
Am currently taking the PK soya protein capsules and even within two weeks I've noticed how stronger and healthier my hair is.

NomDePlumeReloaded · 16/08/2017 20:24

I know it is loads to shell out in one go (especially if you buy shampoo & conditioner) but it does last ages because you don't need much. FeelUnique, Lookfantastic or HQhair often have discount offers on it, it isn't much but it helps.

bonfireheart · 16/08/2017 20:24

The travel kits www.philipkingsley.co.uk/product-type/travel.html
Probably cheaper on Lookfantastic or a department store.
Believe me it'll be money well spent!

NomDePlumeReloaded · 16/08/2017 20:25

They sell the trial packs in M&S beauty halls. They are expensive though, about £20. Very expensive per ml.

bonfireheart · 16/08/2017 20:25

PK got 10% off for new customers on their website.

bonfireheart · 16/08/2017 20:28

It's a false economy though - even the cheaper supermarket shampoos cost a fair few ££, so you end up spending just as much because they don't last long. Might has well spend £££ and get something that lasts months.

Skinfulnappies46 · 16/08/2017 20:28

Thanks.yes know the larger bottles will probably last about a year. It's just the initial hit! Will try the trial pack first then at least I'll know if they suit me or not. Thanks!

bonfire, I agree of buying big bottles, but the tiny tubes are a rip off.

bonfireheart · 16/08/2017 20:31

They are pricey per ml, but I've lost count of the number of full size toiletries and make up I've bought that's reacted badly to my skin and I've had to throw them away and lose money. Would be great if more products were available in smaller sizes.

NomDePlumeReloaded · 16/08/2017 20:40

That's true. I like them for my gym bag too.
