Navy lace dress... what colour of shoes?

I am leaning towards blush pink but open to ideas!

Red with navy makes you look like a trolley dolly.

Try department stores if you have any; they often have a few pairs from
labels you may not have come across before.

Reiss are surprisingly good for shoes sometimes too.

Silver or nude

I have the dress in burnished's first pic and love wearing it with cobalt shoes.

Was coming on here to say yellow! 100% yellow! But saw that PP has beat me to it 😊

I love pale pastel blush pink with navy

I went out with an open mind... tried on some mustard heels in house of fraser but they were not comfortable at all.

Ditto everything in Dune pinched. Everything! I was beginning to lose hope entirely.

I've brought home a pair of rose gold heels from Office to have a go of. If they're the ones I've got a couple of plain silver rings and bangles that I'll drop into my local jewellers to get plated rose gold so that I am not a riot of different metallics.

No handbag to match mind you... DP is wearing a sporran so he can be my purse for the day!

Also I had never considered Reiss for shoes before- they've got some lovely pairs so they're going onto my future requirements list!

My go-to are a pair of tan/nude pointed heels. My most favourite shoes ever and they go with almost everything.

That said if its an evening type do then I would probably go silver (also no gold jewellery here!) or yes a blush pink. I'm not a fan of the brighter colours but they can look lovely if that's your thing!

Banana I think the shoes in the pic are nude but blush pink will work as well.

All the blush pink shoes seemed to be velvet though... I wish the 1990s revival would die and take crushed velvet with it!
