Replacement for Soap and Glory cc

Why is it that whenever I find a really good, reasonably priced product and it becomes a staple, the effing thing gets discontinued? This CC superfluid is the only one I've used (and I've tried more expensive ones -- Clinique, Estée Lauder, as well as some of French supermarket brands) that gives me a really natural finish, not too matte, but takes care of broken veins on cheeks and open pores on nose.

According to Soap and Glory website (where reviews are pretty much perfect, sigh) the CC cream isn't available any more. Also out of stock on Boots website and haven't seen it in store for ages. Can anyone who's used it recommend a similar light-textured / watery alternative?

I use the light colour which is pretty perfect for my skin now but a little dark in winter, so open to a product with paler tones.

So I did finally find a pretty good replacement, once it occurred to me to Google the ingredients list!

It’s the Marks and Spencer own brand BB cream, in a black tube. About £9, though quite small. I have the lightest colour which is slightly lighter than the light Soap and Glori shade and so suits me better. Coverage may I think be slightly more sheer, and texture very slightly less liquid, but the overall effect is pleasingly similar! Ingredients are very very similar with just some differences at the end, so I wonder if made by the same company?

Before this I tried various other suggestions: Pixi (gave me spots, as the Missha Korean CC cream once did), Rimmel Instaflawless (too perfumed and felt tacky on skin, also not much cover), a Nars tinted moisturiser (far too heavy), a La Roche Posay BB (too matte).

I'm sorry Pixi didn't work for you hopsalong but glad I found this thread because I tried Pixi after reading about it here. It's the first tinted moisturiser, cc cream, foundation I've ever found that works and sinks into my skin. I'm now addicted to their stuff :)
