Skin care for Tweenie D's

Dd10 is starting to get mildly congested skin, think it's maybe the beginning of hormones kicking in. I'd really like some advice on an introductory skincare routine for her. She has some garnier micellar water that she (sometimes) uses to keep her face clean.
I think she'll be like me and have quite sensitive skin. I can't use many of the sensitive products on the market like simple, they bring me out in a rashy reaction. I find natural-ish products like weleda, Ren etc are best for me, tho as I'm always skint, I'll often go without and make do with whatever's cheap in tescos. So I don't really feel very well placed to support DD with her skin care.
I'd really appreciate any advice on what her routine should be, or for recommendations for natural products that aren't going to break the bank. TIA.

Get her the body shop aloe vera range to try? Moisturiser has spf15 too.

I bought my dds some face wash (neutrogena I think?) but I don't have a skincare routine besides splashing water on during daily showers.
I think it's more important to ensure there's a daily shower and hairwash tbh. Until about that age, they would shower/bath every other day/every 3 days as they weren't smelly/greasy/sweaty unless they were visibly dirty, although obviously washing faces etc more regularly.
And hormones play a huge part, it's a bit of a lottery. Dd1 suffers breakouts during her periods, dd2 not so much. But the breakouts are over and done with in 3 days, no acne or anything other than good old hormones, so just showering and keeping clean hair/skin is sufficient.
Not keen myself on getting them into the habit of adding more and more chemicals to their faces when there's no real need.

Is she interested in skincare / beauty regime? If she is, treat her to a freebie consultation at one of the beauty counters. If not, or if you think this might be too much, get her a good facewash and moisturiser and see how she gets on.

Thanks all. She loves body shop, so the Aloe range might be good to try. She's really good about personal hygiene generally, but I feel a bit clueless when it comes to facial skincare!

My SDD has been using the Proactiv range and has noticed quite a difference. Boots do a great 6 month 3 step programme which saves you getting sucked into a monthly subscription on the Proactiv website.
