My son wears both Aventus and Silver Mountain Water - the last is a blackcurrant scent and very suitable for a younger man! Green Irish Tweed is the most famous of the men's scents and very safe, but I personally prefer Aventus and even Himalaya.
The signature 'note' of Creed scents is ambergris, and this works particularly well with some of the scents.
I have
Irisia, which is a green floral chypre not dissimilar to Chanel No19,
Tubereuse Indiana which despite its name is a glorious spicy carnation scent and gets worn a lot by me,
Angelique Encens which is one of the best smoky ambers ever made, Fantasia de Fleurs which is a rather sharp but old-school sweet floral - I don't really like it and never wear it,
Virgin Island Water which is a rather humdrum coconut and lime scent
Vanisia which is an unusual but wonderful floral and woody vanilla pairing in which the Creed ambergris note really shines through - not to everyone's taste though (if you like the original Must de Cartier then this is in the same family)
Jasmal which is a fairly straightforward but well made indolic jasmine scent,
Jasmine Imperatrice Eugenie which is a rich, glorious, full-on, proper 'occasion' scent, as perfectly blended as Chanel No5 but far superior IMO. Sandalwood, rose, jasmin, vanilla and that wonderful underpinning of ambergris. Bloody lovely and worth trying, but not for you if you like a more modern 'fresh' and vapid sort of scent.
I also had but gave away Acqua Fiorentina which gives a wonderful plum scent for all of 10 minutes and then becomes meh. I can't stand either Love in Black or Love in White. I completely agree with Love2dance that the Creed Oud scents are well worth smelling and are very well made.
Incidentally, I have many very old, vintage perfumes. Some are 70 plus years old (and still smell fab!). I have NEVER seen or heard of a Creed older than the 1970s. I think they have a very clever marketing department...
