Toning down highlights - pic attached

I've had some dubious highlights. I'm a natural redhead - more auburn that ginger.

I've had blonde and 'copper' put through it. The copper almost looks burgundy and the blonde is a bit too light giving it a stripey effect.

Is there anyway I can tone this down. Don't mind going more peachy or even slightly more golden as long as it's not brassy.

Am thinking I should've just gone for a full head colour (trying to cover some greys) but was talked round to a full head of foils.

Any ideas..?

You could try Superdrug colour Effects; use like a conditioner, leave for five minutes and rinse out. The honey blonde gives a golden tone and would warm up your highlights and blend them in a bit with the rest of your hair.

It's a wash in, wash out toner so worth a go? I wouldn't recommend trying anything more permanent at home.

After a week or so, the salon colours you've had put in will fade a bit and lose vibrancy so it will look more natural.

If you have red in your hair your hairdresser really shouldn't have put copper in your hair and any blonde should have been cool (ash) rather than warm or golden blonde. You could try one of those silver/purple shampoos and see if that helps? Or back to the hairdresser to let them sort it? It honestly doesn't look too bad though - I've had much worse highlight disasters in my auburn hair before!
