How to get rid of non-spots?!

I've been lucky in that I've never really had bad skin, very rarely get a big angry spot and for that I am grateful.

HOWEVER over the last 18 months or so I've been getting these... lumps mostly on my cheeks and chin.

There are skin coloured but really noticeable when the sun shines on me or in brightly lit rooms (i.e. always with the florescent lighting at work.)

When I squeeze them... stuff comes out and it's all stringy and gross and quite a lot considering the bumbs are only quite small.

I would really like to get rid of them please so any product recommendations? Smile

Also I'm in my 20s and have quite oily skin.

I wondered if it might be to do with the pill but finding another suits me contraceptive method if for another thread

I have these too, but I am 40 and have had them forever! Pill or no pill. So would love an answer for how to get rid of them!

Are they milia?

I've recently switched to witch hazel as a toner instead of Paula's choice and it has ridden me of annoying. Under skin spots.

I was just about to ask if they were milia. I have the same issue and am going to try nip+fab glycolic pads and see if it helps.

I had them and went to a beautician who popped them all with a special instrument. She left no marks, or red bits. Amazing! I wouldn't squeeze them yourself, you could end up damaging your skin.
Beautician told me they were from using a too heavy cream.

If it's not milia it might be sebaceous hyperplasia?
