I had one but got very fed up with sitting infront of it for 20mins every night. Did about 2 weeks and gave up.

I haven't got experience I'm afraid but I asked my beauty therapist about this. She said the home ones aren't really strong enough.

I did it in a clinic. Worked a treat

I've got the neutrogena one, it's worked a treat.

I followed a hack on YouTube so the controller didn't need to be replaced monthly so I just need a pack of pound shop batteries every month now.

Hi, don't know much about the blue light, but my son started getting bad skin around that age. He has been on a sugar free diet (well not totally free) but greatly reduced! His spots/acne is very much improved.

Thanks for the replies i think ill look into the neutrogena one. Poor boy spots are awful i had terrible acne too. He is awaiting nhs derm and the next step is roaccutane which i am a bit cautious of x

If you put the boots app on your phone/pad & link your boots advantage card there's often an offer on for extra points if you spend that much.

The controllers £15 a month but YouTube shows how to connect two points on the circuit board with wire so now I use mine 20 minutes a day instead of 10. You know when the battery's low because the LEDs dim slightly.

I'm saving for one off amazon at £66 that has more LEDs, then I'll sell the neutrogena one on eBay.

Worked a treat on my cystic acne. Blue light therapy is clinically proven to work. I have the lumi.
