Would be great if somebody had some good ideas for me - I'm so rubbish at clothes-shopping!

Oh sorry

Well... size 18 unfortunately...

colouring... I have brown hair and pale-ish skin.

I am very tall.

I've never had a wrap dress, never even tried one on, but am not opposed to having one.

I have my dd2's christening tomorrow and I am wearing browny colour tweed look trousers white shirt and beige v neck jumper plus some beautiful brown shoes I bought yesterday (when I was child free ) although they have heels and havent worn heels since last summer could be interesting .

I am also 16/18 and feel very comfortable in it couldnt do a dress as have dd1 who is an very active 2.7 year old to chase after. Plus the church is a fair walk from car park and wasnt sure what the weather would be like. Did buy dh a beige colour tie so we will coordinate.

DD2 is wearing the family christening gown theres a pic on my profile. Will post one of my outfit after tomorrow if you want to see it

I actually wouldn't choose a wrap dress if breastfeeding - your whole nork would be "out"

I think a camisole type shop, nice cardigan or jacket adn a pretty skirt would be better

Hang on and i'll link

MamaG · 24/03/2007 10:39

this cardigan is pretty and could be worn with jeans afterwards

MamaG · 24/03/2007 10:42

do you like this sort of thing? it looks like it opens at the front and you could wear with a wrap/cardi/jacket?

MamaG · 24/03/2007 10:44

this could look nice?

MamaG · 24/03/2007 10:45

would you feel comfortable in an outfit like this?

oh WHERE is Mrs Badger

Bucketsofdynomite · 24/03/2007 16:17

How about this top with a glam/pretty patterned skirt and pretty cardi for if it gets chilly. You could wear it all summer afterwards!

littleEasterlapin · 24/03/2007 16:22

This and this are officially pregnancy clothes, but I had one all through my pregnancy and am still wearing it, because it's jersey it is amazingly forgiving, and also accomodates (god I love this phrase) the "norkularly gifted and talented"
