I look knackered, but then I work full time, and have two DCs - 8 and 4 and am mid 40s.
However, I think putting on a few lbs recently (going from 9.5 stone to 10 stone - and am 5ft 8inch) has maybe taken the worst off my tired look. I do exercise, running and yoga, but i think the extra weight might be helping me look more youthful. Most of the weight has gravitated towards my hips and bum but appears to have found its way onto my face... Has anyone else found this? I don't want to weigh too much more as I have PCOS .
