I've got a bit of a muffin top which I'm working on! But I'd like to start wearing more legging/tunic type outfits which seem to hide a multitude of sins.

Can anyone help me build a new wardrobe please? I want middle of the road price wise... good quality stuff that won't go out of shape in a few wears, but not breaking the bank as I'm only part time.

Thanks! Flowers

Oh, suggestions for shoes too please. It's an office job, dress code is smart casual.

Obviously you know your office, but my smart-casual office specifically says no leggings. I don't think that they are particularly smart.

I have a bit of a "pouch" below my belly button, no matter what I do, it doesn't shift. I tend to wear shift dresses with tights and then a blazer/jacket to accentuate my waist.

An alternative is structured cigarette or skinny trousers with a pyjama blouse. Something like the GAP bistretch trousers.

I find Warehouse flattering if you are not entirely straight up and down. There's normally a few deals on too.

Shoes-wise I live in loafers from Topshop, New Look or ASOS. Can't get on with heels and I'm tall anyway.

I've recently ordered a ton of workwear from M&S. God knows what it will be like on, but there look to be some fairly decent pieces.

Thank you for the ideas! I don't do heels any more either. Much more comfortable. Grin
