Are there any treatments (besides sunscreen) that work either preventatively or after the fact for *that thing* that happens to ageing necks?

Hello wonderful, all-knowing Mumsnet.

I come before you all with the above question. I'm 38, relatively lucky in the facial lines department thus far, but starting to notice the dreaded signs of crepe-tastic skin where my neck meets my chin, if that makes sense.

I'm very keen to know about anything any of you (please!) have encountered which has had a positive effect.

Thanks in advance :)

Watching with interest. I look 5 years younger in the face but 10 years older in the décolletage.

Hopeful bump...

Radiofrequency facials are really helping to tighten my crepe skin under my chin and neck - my salon uses a Lynton Max Pro - not a comfortable facial, hurts like crazy but worth it as really seeing results all over face and neck.

Ooh, never heard of that treatment - do you mind me asking how much and whether you need a course to see results?

Well I got a deal think it was £330 for a course of 6 which is exceptionally reasonable but it's quite a down at heel salon but with a beautician who really knows what she's doing - supposed to have one every 3 -4 weeks for 6 treatments then can just have maintenance every 3 months. I'm only 2 treatments in and looking waaay fresher and neck, chin and face lifted.

Thanks for reply, sorry it took me so long to check back! Will do some research on this, I'm intrigued Smile
