Where can I shop for classic clothes?

I'm 33, size 8-10 and like classic but fashionable clothing. I usually shop at the likes of oasis, Zara and warehouse but I'm getting a bit sick of their ranges. I feel too old for river island and topshop. I need some inspiration please, any ideas? I can't afford expensive clothes! Thanks

How about Uniqlo:

www.uniqlo.com/eu/en/women/tops/blouses

Mango:

shop.mango.com/GB/woman/clothing/shirts

M&South Limited label. Looks better in store than on their site:

www.marksandspencer.com/l/women/limited-edition

H&M has some good stuff:

m2.hm.com/m/en_ie/ladies/shop-by-product/shirts-and-blouses.genericdevice.html?offset=0&page-size=16

Boden's not too bad pricewise:

m.boden.co.uk/en-gb/womens-tops-t-shirts

Have a look on Pinterest.

Good luck.

Jaeger
Massimo Dutti
Whistles
Other Stories
J Crew
ASOS White
The Outnet
French Connection
Max Mara

For starters!

I'm 47 and shop at all the above but mix with Zara / normal ASOS also. I buy at lot at The Outnet.

Charity shops in posh areas?

Definitely charity shops if you are on a budget. I've bought Joseph, Massimo Dutti, Jaeger, Whistles and French Connection in charity shops but couldn't afford them new.

Uniqlo all the way!

Their classic basics are brilliant. I'm 35 and have outgrown Topshop, and Uniqlo is now my go to retailer. Terrific range of trousers - I'm particularly fond of their stretchy legging trousers, which are like a much much better and non naff jegging. Friends have said they never realised they weren't 'proper' trousers - I've got them in all different colours, and live in them for work. Also work staples are their rayon blouses - lovely drapey shirts in lots of different colours that wash like a dream and don't need ironing. Plus all their Oxford cotton shirts. Love their knitwear and basics too - live in heat tech and merino jumpers. Their cashmere is superb also.

They do some fabulous collaborations which are v stylish but on a budget. At the moment they have a collection with Ines de la Fresange (probably ballsed up the spelling) and their Jil Sander one was amazing

Cos is beautiful, as is & Other Stories (all owned by H&M)
