Best cream blusher ?

Hi all - would appreciate some help! Sorry if this is a repeat of other threads.

I'm currently using up the last of a Max Factor Miracle Touch cream blusher which I've had for ages.
It's perfectly fine but I was wondering whether there were other products out there which were better?
I've got the rose pink shade and ideally I'd like something just a little more subtle - I need some colour on my cheeks but I'm not good at the obvious-blusher look.
It definitely needs to be cream - I find it looks so much more natural than powder.
Am price-flexible.

Would welcome suggestions!

I have a smashbox one (no idea on shade) in a pale pink that I love and can be layered so looks v natural or more dramatic depending on what you fancy.

Another vote for Bobbi Brown! I apply with fingers and it just melts in to your skin rather than 'sitting' on top iykwim

What's the advantage of using cream blush over powder? I've been using a powder bronzer for awhile but have noticed it looks a little dirty (for want of a better word) so am tempted by cream blushes. They sound like they might look a little fresher?

Also love Bobbi Brown. I have peachy colour and a bright pink (which doesn't look too bright when on my skin)

HeyJudy - I think they look more flattering, especially as you get older.

They just look more natural and dewy on the skin compared with a powder blush.

That's my view anyway!

Ah that makes sense, as my skin changes from being oily/acne prone to more mature I'm having to change my skin care and make up to something that suits me better now.

Will check out cream blushes now!

I've used the Boots Natural Collection cream blush for years. Lovely, natural, easy to blend and a bargain at £1.99!

I use my old lipsticks when they get too low. Dab on with a lip brush and rub in Grin

I have a Maybelline one and it's lovely.

Easy to apply, nice colour, cheap.

mewkins · 21/02/2017 21:42

I also have the maybelline dream mousse. It is brilliant and lasts all day. I usually love all things bobbi brown but this wins hands down.

JennyHolzersGhost · 21/02/2017 22:40

Wow we're onto two pages, thanks so much everyone !
I will add Bobbi Brown to my list to go check out.
Jeaux - I love your idea but I am not good with lipstick and only have a couple of glosses and a balm stain - I fear it could go very wrong Grin

HeyJudy - as mentioned above, cream blusher creates a much more natural look and feel than powder, I find. Powder looks obvious on me. Obviously it depends on your skin though!

Update for anyone interested: I just bought Nars The Multiple Matte in Exumas (a lovely soft apricot/pink). I was a bit sceptical about the texture til I tried it - it seemed from the reviews I'd read that it was too much of a cream-to-powder for my liking - but I have to admit I'm loving it so far Smile
Thanks for your help everyone !
