Super shoppers - can you help me recreate the 'feel' of this outfit?

I'm going to a masquerade ball (not for another month, but don't want a last minute panic!).

I really love the scene at the mask from Ever After, and that's the sort of outfit I'm hoping to recreate - but in a classy / not fancy dress kind of way if that makes sense?

There's a lot of really nice wings on etsy, but I'm struggling to find a dress that fits the 'feel'.

You're not in London by any chance are you OP? Just been in the Mary Portas Living & Giving shop in Islington and they have a lovely floor length sequin gown- size 12 £40. I actually eyed it for myself but have no occasion to wear it to sob

I think I need to stop being quite so fussy...

There's some dresses that are so close to being perfect, but have 1 little thing about them I don't like (elasticated backs, cold shoulder, straps that will accentuate my fat armpits...)

Sadly not in London! I've visited around 13 charity shops so far! Including 2 with bridal / evening wear departments.
