Clarins Booster oils?

Has anyone used any of the Clarins booster oils? I'm in need of something for my skin, I have a pretty good routine but need something extra.

I have had some awful stress lately and as a result my skin has begun to break out I'm treating it kindly but feel I need an added extra.

Any thoughts on these boosters?

I've used the Santal Clarins oil for dry skin and it's completely changed my complexion my skin is so soft and smooth now

I use blue orchid every other night it is really nurturing and smells wonderful it is a great treat. Have had my bottle since the start of September and I think it will last another 6 weeks or ao

YY to Blue Orchid. I have very dry skin and use it twice a week.

I got it over a year ago so it is pretty cost-effective. I normally get it in duty free which obviously makes it even cheaper.

Cheaper still, look at the ingredients and buy the oils directly from a non-branded heavily advertised and packaged company.

I used to buy Decleor oils until an aromatherapist made me see just what a rip-off they are.

I now generally buy from a company called Naissance (Amazon and ebay) They are organic and a fraction of the cost of the prettily boxed Clarins/Decleor/Body Shop oils.

OP, do you mean the wee bottles you add to other things? I use the brightening one regularly and think it works really well. I usually pop a few drops in my serum at night. I had a sample of the detox one when they launched but didn't buy it. I'm on my second bottle of the energy/brightening one and would say it lasts about six months so worth the initial investment.

I use both the oil and the boosters, which is what I think you mean!

I like the boosters - have tried the orange one, now on the green one mixed into my daily moisturiser. I find the container leaks which is a shame because I really like the product.

I use the Blue Orchid oil at night and am addicted.

If you're breaking out I wouldn't go for an oil , unless it's one formulated for oily skin. What about a lovely toner for a pick me up, or a gorgeous cleanser to encourage you to double cleanse. Or a nice mask? The clarins moisture mask is great, and you could dab a clay mask on the spotty bits instead.

I got a sample of the Blue Orchid stuff - I like it enough that I think I might actually buy it. It is a bit like sitting in an oil slick at first, mind you.

Another vote for blue orchid oil here. Brilliant stuff for dry skin and helps me to sleep as well.

CaoNiMa · 22/01/2017 21:37

I was planning to start a thread extolling the virtues of the blue booster - amazing stuff! I've been using it for just under a week and it's already cleared up some old blemish scars.

LazySusan11 · 22/01/2017 22:23

Thank you, I bought the blue orchid a few days ago which I love! it was the booster oils I was thinking about.
