How can it be so hard to find pyjamas for dd?

Dd likes really soft comfy pjs. A lot of pj bottoms at the moment seem to have elasticated ankles which she hates. She likes loose and baggy.

NOT fur or thick fleece - she gets too hot. Just nice soft cotton, either pjs or onesies. Around age 11-12. Any ideas please?

I was just looking at these, but DD really doesn't need any more PJs. They might do? Only one design available in 11-12 though.

They are a great price but forgot to add we want over the head top not button up, sorry!

I have had this exact same problem with my dd, until we discovered new look pjs in their 9 15 range. They are fab. Wear and wash well, look lovely on and are v comfy. We managed to get a couple of pairs in the January sale too.

I buy bottoms separately, like www.gap.co.uk/browse/product.do?cid=1052171&vid=1&pid=000232329006, and then vests/t-shirts from H&M. She prefers that to a 'pair' of jimjams.

OP, I have the same problem for DSs. Always relied on Primark in the past but they're all meanly cut and tight round the ankles this year.

Primary, Tesco's and Matalan? They usually have a good range of PJs

I get mine from either Sainsburys or Boden.

I always struggle for ds, he has eczema and gets very hot. I seem to always end up buying them from Little white company but your dd might be too old for those now. Have you tried Fat Face?

or look for lounge wear, uniglo have some nice ones.

We got DS some great ones from ASDA they are check bottoms with flappy legs and a T shirt top so perhaps look in boys section

Multipacks from M&S, the cheaper ones where you get 3 pairs for £20 ish. Because they're the lower end of the range, they're really simple, plain legs, cotton and basic stripes or prints but no scratchy embroidery etc. Same thing in Sainsbury's - look for the cheapest multipacks.

I have DC who only like soft and comfy - it's a nightmare, especially as they get older - it's like shops don't think they count as proper clothes unless they're festooned with uncomfortable details.

Oh and another good option is ebay - may take a while to chance upon what you want, but check regularly and you will get it (and cheap).
