Inspired by the top 5 beauty products thread, would love to know what others wear daily. Was in HofF beauty hall yesterday and was fascinated by all the sales assistants with perfect makeup. Love anything beauty related! Daily I wear -

No 7 Stay Perfect Superlight foundation
Mac studio finish concealer
Rimmel stay matte powder
Nars Mata Hari blusher
Eyeliner on top waterline (one of the many I got with glossybox)
Clinique naturally glossy mascara
Maybelline Eyebrow gel
Maybelline babylips lip balm.

Takes well under 10 mins.

5 mins max.

Currently:
Clarins extra comfort foundation applied with fingers
Hourglass ambient lighting powder, quick sweep
MAC brow pencil quickly combed through
Very quick smudgy bronze liner on lashline
No mascara, takes too long to remove
Either lip balm or lipstick (into brick reddish browns at the moment, dabbed as stain)

ohtheholidays · 04/01/2017 21:58

Foundation
Blusher
Lipstick
Eyeshadows
Eye liner
Mascara
It takes me 5 minutes.
Mainly Max Factor and Rimmel.

onthelevel · 04/01/2017 22:09

Maybelline brow crayon
Benefit brow wand
Neutral eyeshadow
Eyeliner
Benefit mascara
Chanel foundation
Chanel Les Beiges powder
Reclining creme blush
Lipstick
About 7 mins while I eat my breakfast!

Birdlet · 04/01/2017 22:15

Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation
Benefit Dew the Hoola matte bronzer
Benefit Sugarbomb blusher
Make Up Revolution brow pomade
Urban Decay primer potion (I use minor sin, it's shimmery so no need to wear shadow over the top)
Benefit Roller Lash mascara
Vaseline lip balm (original)

Takes about 10-15 mins.

If I'm going out for drinks or dinner I'll maybe add some eyeshadow (Urban Decay Naked 3 palette) and liquid eyeliner (Eyeko I think! It's a felt tip one) which pushes it up to 15-20 mins.

GinIsIn · 04/01/2017 22:17

Maybe 3 - 5 mins?

La Roche Posay BB cream all over
Estée Lauder Doublewear light on the t zone
Estée Lauder translucent setting powder
Benefit gimme brow
Estée Lauder sweet cheeks blush stick on the apples of my cheeks
Bobbi brown brightening powder on the cheekbones
Whatever lip balm I have to hand
Eyeko skinny eyeliner for a cat's eye flick
Lancôme hypnose mascara

Summerisdone · 04/01/2017 22:31

My routine is:
Moisturiser
Primer
CC cream
Foundation (in winter only)
Concealer (only when eye bags are awful)
Contour powder (leave to bake whilst I do eyes)
Eyeshadow
Eyeliner (50%of time)
Mascara
Blend in contour
Highlighter
Lipstick

This all takes me up to 20 mins, longer if 2 yr old DS wants me to pretend to do his makeup too Grin

Summerisdone · 04/01/2017 22:33

Forgot to say, I've not put specific products because I'm always changing brands

Shelvesoutofbooks · 04/01/2017 22:36

I take 30 minutes! But then again I am a mua and really like to make sure I look flawless.
Clean face. Moisturizer. Eye cream. One primer on t zone, different primer for rest of the face. Colour correct. Prime eyes. Do eyebrows. Eyeshadow. Eyeliner. Curl eyelashes, put mascara. Then put foundation on, conceal, and then highlight. Set under eye highlight (bake) and contour my face. Set cream contour with a matte bronzer. Then use shimmery bronzer. Brush of bake, put blusher on. Put strip eyelashes (takes longer if I do individuals), line lips and put lipstick. Then spray with fix plus, and then finally spray with setting spray.

MemorySoup · 04/01/2017 22:39

PUR correcting primer
Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation
Maybelline Eraser concealer
DIOR loose powder
Tom Ford bronzer
NARS Orgasm blush
Tom Ford highlighter
Sleek eyeshadow in a pale neutral shade

Clarins eyebrow kit

Takes about 15 minutes.

Blueberryblueberry · 05/01/2017 08:44

Estée Lauder double wear foundation, ysl touché eclat (the children wake up v early lol) Chanel setting powder, eyebrows a quick tidy with a maybelline eyebrow kit (powder gel/cream), eyeshadow is either a quick sweep of urban decay sin or since xmas I mess about with my new naked 2 palette Grin mascara (currently Estée Lauder). About 10 mins? If I want to be a bit more "done" extra eye shadow, blusher and flicky eyeliner. Sometimes bronzer in the summer or if I'm looking particularly washed out. Have crappy skin with roseaca and blonde eyelashes so I wear makeup pretty much every day

lavenirestanous · 05/01/2017 08:50

Moisturiser and eye cream
Mac paint cream eyeshadow as a base
Fairly neutral eyeshadow
Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner
Whichever mascara I'm currently using - Benefit rollerlash at the moment
Foundation - either Estée Lauder Double Wear Light with Bobbi Brown powder, or Mac Studio Fix powder foundation
Clinique airbrush concealer
Blush - Nars or Bobbi Brown
Mac Lightscapade Mineralize Skinfinish
Clinique chubby stick lipstick

Takes about ten minutes but I don't wear makeup every day.

lavenirestanous · 05/01/2017 08:54

Oh, and Anastasia Dip Brow in the lightest shade if I can be bothered faffing with my brows.

HowardMoonsJazzTrumpet · 05/01/2017 08:59

About 3 - 5 mins

3 mins - eyelash curlers (shu), waterproof mascara (L'Oréal volume million), tawny coloured blusher (I have loads so can't choose a brand), blistex in the metal tube (holy grail).

5 mins - as above + no7 touche eclat dupe on dark bits, tiny dab of lid primer (either Nars or Urban Decay), wash of sheeny eyeshadow (Stila/Chanel/Bare Minerals/Burberry Rosewood are my go to at the mo), light swipe of lip colour (usually Dior lipsticks or Nars velvet lip pencils).

Mostly I stick to the 3min face on a daily basis. My skin is good and fairly even toned so I don't bother with foundation or base on a day to day basis.

Skincare is the thing I take my time over, really. My bed time faffing routine takes about 20mins with the layering (I do it in bed). DH looks at me like Hmm. Morning is much quicker though because there are fewer steps and they are much simpler.

I am obsessed by threads like these. I find them fascinating to read [saddo]

Petal02 · 05/01/2017 15:05

I wish I could do a 5 minute make-up for work mornings (or any other occasion when I'm pushed for time) - I've never been able to improve on 7-8 minutes! Any tips gratefully received!
