Blusher brush for the heavy handed?

I'd like a new blusher brush for Christmas, currently using the small brush that comes with the Bare Minerals starter kit but it's a bit scratchy.

I need something pretty fluffy, I have the Urban Decay angled blusher brush but I find it really hard to not apply too much.

I like Real Techniques and the blusher brush looks good, but thought I'd canvas here for opinions first!

As I'm asking for a gift, price isn't too important, although not crazy expensive!

I use a kabuki brush for blush/bronzer/highlighter rather than a blusher brush.

Sounds like that might be best if you're particularly heavy handed as a soft light sweep is all that's needed?

Botanic can you recommend one? I have one but it fell down the back of the bed and I am yet to fish it out.... (I would have to move the bed and I cba because it's got so much shite under it)

I've got this one but I'm guessing you mean a more loosely woven one as this one is quite dense. I use it for loose powder.

Mine is just a Boots brand, it's not angled like yours. Think it's called organic bamboo or something not sure now as had it for ages and can't tell nowGrin

I love my urban decay blusher brush but actually got quite a decent one from Sainsburys a while back

Just checked its called Une. Has lasted years. Perfect application though I say so myself Grin
