And I have no idea how I want my hair.

It desperately needs a good sort out and I've had the same hair style for years. I want a change without going too drastic.

Fringes aren't really in anymore are they?

I don't want too much off the length either but I could be persuaded I think.

So please please please hit me with some ideas

Please excuse my ugly mug Grin

So the first picture is it all curled nicely for a wedding

Second shows its length from the back all straightened

And the 3rd was just taken to show the mess it is now

Maybe take some photos of what you like, but get the hairdresser's opinion. A good hairdresser should be able to advise on what will suit your shape and adapt styles a bit :)

Sorry this was rather a useless comment!

Soubriquet · 25/11/2016 13:21

It would be a perfect comment....if I knew what I wanted Grin

So a fringe is out of fashion now? I ask this because I am clueless about fashion Grin

Soubriquet · 25/11/2016 14:08

No idea. I've been watching alot of tv lately and so far I haven't seen any adult characters with a fringe. So I wondered if it was more of a kid thing

That seems an awful lot for a hair cut... Is it London? I tend to have a dry cut, or not bother with the blow dry, but then I'm a bit tight!

NKFell · 25/11/2016 15:00

What about extensions? Not to lengthen but to thicken?

I also think you should go lighter.

Soubriquet · 25/11/2016 15:01

No not London but it's one of the top salons in my town. I'm very fussy with who does my hair.

sou mine is red. I use casting cherry red. really easy to do and is a semi permanent. Yes to a fringe but in an arch shape so you gt wispy longer bits at the side.
