I co wash thick dry hair with tresemme naturals as its silicone free.
Use plain white soap and now Lidl and Tesco cheap hand soap (honey and moisturising ) - I actually used to be a real hand soap snob and buy eg dr bronners or neals yard but now since on a budget... well, wouldn't go back!
