Please help!!! Bridesmaid in 7 weeks and this is what I look like!

It's bloody awful, I look awful, I'm going to eat really well and drink loads of water but I have only got 7 weeks.

What can I do to make this better??!!
Bride probably would be happy for me to wear something to cover my arms, if I could find something appropriate..:

I think you look great. But there's tonnes you can do in 7 weeks. If you throw yourself into it the 30 day shred every day and a low fat diet will trim and tone you a treat. As I say though I think you look lovely.

The dress is great and very flattering. Honestly you look lovely!

The biggest decider on whether you look great in something or look terrible in something is attitude. So if you swish down the aisle beaming, you'll look fabulous regardless of Spanx.

However if Spanx, a fabulous petticoat and amazing hair help get you to that great big smile go for it!

If you are very anxious remember there are lots of distractions at weddings, big bouquets, wonderful hats, the gorgeous bride, lots of alcohol. You won't be centre of attention. If you can fake feeling fabulous, you'll look fabulous. Fake it until you can make it.
