Pyjamas for hospital stay.

I have to spend 3/4 days in hospital and want some pyjamas. I have an irrational belief that nice pyjamas aid recovery. Please link some lovely, not too expensive pj's to speed my recovery. Not cute - I am 46 😁

Asos actually have some lovely ones but I'm wearing balloon dog patterned ones so may not be the best judge....

I like primark cotton straightleg pyjama bottoms with a secret support vest and a soft lounge top over that.

They are gorgeous and lovely cotton.

Primark have lots of options- and mostly in 'Halves', bottoms with T shirt type tops as well as vest type- mix and match. Also conventional cotton type PJ's.
Cheap and cheerful

Depends on reason for stay but I avoid pjs as they hinder any access required to lady bits, easier to hoik up a nightdress.

Have you looked at White Company, v nice nightwear, both nightdresses & PJs.

Primark nightwear is awesome. Same quality as Marks (I have a dressing gown 6+ years old) but a fraction of the price. DD likes their cotton but I wear there micro fibre stuff because I find it way more comfortable

on the nightdress vs pajamas front I have always bought a nightdress plus a pair of pajama trousers. best of both worlds

I agree it depends on what you are having done in hospital - as a nurse I wouldn't recommend anything with long sleeves as you will have to take them off or take your arm out everytime you have your blood pressure checked. And hospital wards tend to be very very hot and stuffy - you need something loose and light in my opinion while also maintaining your dignity walking across the ward! I'd go for a nice nightie with a decent dressing gown or pyjama bottoms with a vest top rather than long sleeve top.
