S&B ladies... please help me name my beauty range!

So I have developed my own beauty range but am having problems coming up with a name for it. I am looking for something sophisticated but that is also a bit cool and quirky. The range is natural and cruelty-free.

I have paid for the services of a graphic designer to do our logo. She was meant to start work today but unfortunately as I still don't have a name she couldn't do it.

Honestly I am driving myself mad. I have spent weeks on the internet looking for inspiration but I just can't find any. So could you help me please, ladies of S&B? if it was allowed I would offer a prize but I think it's probably against MN rules...

Thanks in advance, I would really appreciate any suggestions.

What about something that's simple and descriptive, like Pure Perfection?
Or Pura Vida, which means "pure life"? (and in Costa Rica it also means 'awesome')

I like that gastropod, thanks.

A bit hip sounding -

Greenery
Evergreen
Kin
Kindred
Bloom

Less hip -

Verdant
Verdantly
Visir (Old Norse for bud/sprout)
Kundi (Proto-Germanic "natural, native")
Anthos (Greek for flower)

Second Nature

Naturalis (Latin, "according the nature")

Aubade (French, "musical announcement of dawn")

Okay I'm going to stop now, lol.

I dont think HQ will mind-I have seen threads with people asking to name their cafes with no problem.

I think you need a name that tells us about your ethos or product.

So Clean and Green? NaturalBotanica? Something like that?

DoItTooJulia · 13/09/2016 06:53

I like Naturalis!

I am a beauty addict and coming from a beauty background when I buy skin care I need to know its full ingredient list, what it does, who it's for. Pretty names are good however it needs to grab my attention whatever I'm using I need to know it works so it's backed up with the right info.

Who are your target audience?

wowfudge · 13/09/2016 07:18

You'll need to check extensively that no one else is using the name anywhere, check registered trademarks, company names, whether there is a domain name available - and buy it, etc.

Well, it's predominately salon products with a small range of retail products, sold through the salons. So it's a high-end professional range. But I need to consider expansion into direct retail, so it needs to appeal to the end user also.

If it helps, the packing is similar to this.

Similar colours? I quite like it! What are your main ingredients? Essential oils, fragrance free, natural plant extracts?

retrocutie · 13/09/2016 08:54

Yeah, it's very similar - glad you like it Grin. I have been quite selective with the chemicals but some of the active ingredients are chemicals. No parabens though and nothing dangerous.
