my hair is naturally dark blonde, i used to get it highlighted but then went darker 5 years ago. now i can't decide which i prefer/suits me better, so have put a pic of each on my member profile and will let the mumsnet jury decide.

Rhubarb · 03/02/2007 00:11

Erm, you look a bit fed up in the painting thing. Well, really fed uop actually. Who did that then? They could have put a smile on don't you think? Could yuou take it back and demand a smile?

Red. btw.

Blond as it really suits you.

mousiemousie · 03/02/2007 12:45

go blonde - I think you look great blonde and blonde is more attention grabbing and memorable.

Are you leaving the arty world for something corporate and dull...please tell me not!

...and please tell me where I can buy that fab rabbit kit?!!

Bucketsofdynomite · 03/02/2007 21:44

I've got both because I couldn't decide (and naturally always had a fairer streak that wouldn't hold colour and dh said it looked a bit grey). I bought one of those 2 tone kits and did myself a blonde streak at the front (where it suits me) and the rest is mousey brown. Kind of trailer trash/Elvira as hair is all one length but I like it, I do the roots with Sun-in. Have had the same look for over 8months now which is a record for me.

Beauregard · 03/02/2007 21:49

Blonde suits you better.
By the way i was trying to remember which mumsnetter designs the kits as i saw them yesterday in Hobbycraft and announced the fact very loudly to dp "ooh look the lady who designed those is a mumsnetter!"

pointydog · 03/02/2007 22:53

blonde

but thanks for sharing the portrait - you look dog rough

ninja · 03/02/2007 23:09

Brunette is the new blonde - they said so on radio 4!

I'd go Auburn (actually I did today and I have similar colouring to you or a least I did when I alst looked)

lucykate · 05/02/2007 12:22

the photos are now going, going, gone!!!

thanks for all the votes, dh also prefers blonde so looks like I'm going lighter again.
