What do you recommend for simple face cleaning for 14 year old with great skin....?

I'm feeling hopelessly ignorant... I cleansed, toned and moisturised at this age..and was spot free until my 40s!

DD has inherited my skin - lucky girl! - but I want to help her keep in great shape. She's got into a bad habit of just using Simple wipes to take off makeup, and nowt on other days....

What do your DD do? Use a cleanser (what's good?) and then just warm flannel to clean off? Or....?

Thanks!

I would think camomile balm is to rich for young skin.

I've stopped using cleanser completely even though I wear make up. I wash my face thoroughly with tepid water and a clean flannel then use moisturiser- skin has never looked better. Rosacea has improved no end and dry skin seems to be a thing of the past. I'm beginning to think it's unnecessary as my skin was at its best ever in the 6 months after I had a big accident and used nothing but moisturiser as I was to poorly to do anything more .

Cetaphil.

Cetaphil is good for little or no makeup. A wipe followed by Cetaphil if wearing makeup.

Not all beauty products are lies, but 99% of it is lies. There are some serums and things that have a modest effect on acne or dullness or whatever. But if her skin is good, they'll either do nothing or irritate.

The main thing to think about is finding a good sunscreen that doesn't have unnecessary and potentially irritating ingredients.

I remember using the body shop tea tree oil range.

I'd say simple is a good option - they do a foam wash.

My Grandmama used to take me to the Boots counter and get them to make me up a bottle of Rose Water and something else for my skin... I am racking my brains trying to think what the something else was, but all I can think is it was Tea Tree.

I wonder if they still will do that?

Witch Hazel. That's it! I knew pressing post would bring it all back to me!
