Newton Chiropody Sponges - where do you buy them?

I tried one recently after a recommendation on here and they are so brilliant. My current one is about to die so I ordered a 3 pack from Amazon but seller has let me down.

Boots don't seem to stock them - where do people usually find them? Thanks

My local pharmacy has them.

It was Greens pharmacy via Amazon that let me down. They were due to be delivered a month ago, still no sign. I emailed them last week, no reply

IOp, I ordered Newtons sponges after seeing them recommend in here, I've got hooves from a summer of flip flops. They've arrived this morning, Greens Pharmacy via Amazon. If you've had no response from Greens then contact Amazon customer service, I had something not arrive and the seller was unhelpful, Amazon credited me the following day.ill be trying to sort my horrid hard skin out later

Its not the most pleasant job, but very satisfying!

I've got one of these but not used it yet. scared it will break or disintegrate when I take it out of the box.

You get a bit of black dust falling off but it won't break. I've used mine about 10 times and its pretty thin now but is still intact

Qqqq I've been scrubbing away and now I've got things that resemble feet
These sponges are amazing, my feet haven't been this smooth in age. I'm going to have another go tomorrow. I could feel myself getting carried away and I didn't want to end up down to the bone but the hooves have gone

They are brilliant aren't they! Also work on bobby upper arms, I use to use a pumice bt my arms used to bleed

I use my sponge every other day on my heels in the summer. And plenty of heel cream in between

I slathered on Palmers foot magic afterward, a bit too much as I've not been able to walk straight since
Tomorrow a bit more scrubbing and a bit less foot cream. I should have perfect heels come Friday

I have some but gor black bits everywhere. Can someone give me an idiots guide on how to use....

After a shower/when you wake up wet/dry etc.

I'm currently supposed to be cream and cling filming my horrible feet.

There's instructions on the box. Wet feet (soak for a few mins ideally), wet sponge, soap or shower gel on sponge, scrub gently on dry bits.

Flexitol heel balm is also the way forward

Ah yep that's what I did and I just ended up with wet feet with black bits on and the block began to crumble. It didn't seem to do anything (I have seriously bad feet though is it more for "polishing"?) I thought maybe I'd missed something when this thread started. I ordered a pack of 3 off Amazon so maybe should try again.

I have a HUGE flexitol tub and am supposed to use a steroid cream under occlusion at weekends too.
