Which cheap (supermarket?) jeans/jeggings have the narrowest waist?

DD struggles when they fit her hips there are hands full of aterial at the waist

She needs some black jeans/jeggings or even casual trousers for work - help?

Don't you wear legging on your hips though more than on your waist? So buy some that fit hips with a short crutch and they should fit better as not pulled up to waist

I find trousers/ leggings with a short crotch and low rise extremely uncomfortable.

Sainsbury's super cheap Jeggings fit beautifully & at £12.50 she can have 2 pairs!!

If you want cheap and small cut, I'd suggest Primark. Their sizes are cut on the small side and they're also pretty cheap!
